James Taylor Homes has just purchased this iconic 1930 built listed building overlooking the sea at Ovingdean.
The site is located outside the village of Ovingdean, which is four miles outside Brighton. The site is a stone’s throw away from Brighton Marina and the prestigious Roedean School.
The building is approximately 90,000 Sq ft including an award winning garden and a swimming pool situated on a land of approximately 12 acres.
We plan to convert and build a total of 65 dwellings with a GDV of £32.6 million in the first phase.
